Konstantin Varand appointed General Director at BUSINESS ALLIANCE

On July 1 BALC’s Board of Directors relieved Alexey Akindinov of the position of General Director of ZAO “BUSINESS ALLIANCE” and OAO KMLC “Otkritie” and appointed Konstantin Varand as the new head of BUSINESS ALLIANCE Group of Leasing Companies.

Konstantin Varand was born in 1964. He graduated from the Moscow State University and Krasnoyarsk State University, majoring in law. Then he held senior positions in a number of financial and law firms. In 2003-2008 Mr. Varand was the Deputy Head of the Invest Policy and Corporate Finances Department of RAO UES of Russia.
