“BUSINESS ALLIANCE” carries out leasing as an integrated system of both project and risk management for all the parties of the deal.

In addition to leasing, we provide our clients with a wide variety of services:

• Financing: we develop and implement the most suitable and efficient financing scheme.
• Logistics services: we organize purchasing, packaging, slot reservation, insurance, custom clearance and transportation of the equipment.
• EPC services: we organize assembling, installation, commissioning of the leased assets and cooperate with a large number of EPC contractors.
• Additional services: we provide our clients with consulting on every stage of the deal implementation.

Our risk management system is based on proper finance, project and legal risk management and is carried out by clientele integrated analysis and optimal contract structure; credit security issued in accordance with both the features of the project and the requirements of the financing bank.

Nonetheless, the Company has experience with distressed assets, dealing with disputes and further recovery by asset repossession and Arbitration means. The total amount of distressed assets is less than 0.3% of our total leasing portfolio.
