BALC financed the telephone network development in Moscow and Moscow region

BUSINESS ALLIANCE Group of Leasing Companies has signed a lease deal with INTELCOM-CONNECT Telecommunications Group.

Under the terms of a 5-year contract, KMLC “Otkritie” leased out various telecommunications equipment which INTELCOM-CONNECT will use for the construction and development of area telephone networks in Moscow and Moscow region. The total sum of the lease contract exceeds RUB 25 million. The project was financed with a credit line from The Russian Bank for Development.

BALC and INTELCOM-CONNECT have longstanding business relations. Thus in 2007, BALC financed the construction of a wide area network based on IP/MPLS technology, which totaled RUB 117 million.
